Returns and Refunds

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if your purchase is damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@happymailstudios.com stating your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return or exchange. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we have received the returned item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

For an exchange, stock availability will need to be checked, otherwise, you may choose to return the item for a refund or a store credit note. You will receive a returns authorisation number to include on the returns & exchanges form included with your shipment. We cannot accept your return without this number.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will not refund or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care/


Exceptions & Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
